Try this healthy, and simple recipe!

Ingredients
Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon each of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2-4 peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
