LACF, with Packard boost, issues $136,400 to nonprofits

Image of Los Altos Town Crier Logo The Los Altos Community Foundation completed its second grant-making cycle for the fiscal year, issuing a total of $136,400 to 45 nonprofits that serve Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View.

The project and operational grants benefit the communities in areas such as health, assisting vulnerable populations including youth and seniors, community building and arts and culture.

The Community Grant Program helps sustain services at established local organizations such as Bus Barn Theater, the Community Services Agency, the Community Health Awareness Council, the Day Worker Center of Mountain View, El Camino Hospital’s RotaCare Clinic, Hidden Villa, the Los Altos History Museum, Just- READ, the Krause Center for Innovation and the YMCA.
