Senior Balance and Exercise Class

Image of Seniors Balance ClassThere are many risk factors that contribute to falling, some of which can be corrected or addressed such as lower body and trunk weakness, poor balance and difficulties walking. This class is designed to help seniors prevent falls, increase strength and manage their risk for falling.

Please join us to learn:

  • Strategies for maintaining balance
  • Proper body posture
  • Safe and effective exercises to build strength, flexibility and improve balance

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 3 - July 10, 2014  for 12 sessions
Time: 11:00 am - 11:45 am
Fee: $50.00 for a total of 12 sessions

Clearance from your physician for participation in the class is required. 

Registration is required. Registration closes on Friday May 30, 2014. Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete your registration on the first day of class.
