Osteoporosis is a condition in which there is a reduction in bone mass and weakening of bone structure such that bones become fragile and can fracture easily.
This 4 session class teaches tools to help prevent osteoporosis-related fractures and safe exercises to improve your strength, balance, posture and body mechanics. Classes meet for 1.5-hour sessions and are taught by physical therapists with training in osteoporosis.
