Total Control Progam - Pelvic Floor Exercise Classes

A Seven-Week Program for Women of All Ages

The Total Control® program’s trained professionals offer each participant personalized instruction to actively correct and strengthen the muscles of her pelvic region. The one-hour workout is followed by a brief educational discussion of nutritional, behavioral, and lifestyle changes that can have a positive impact on pelvic health. Class meets twice weekly for seven weeks.
