Learning how to properly massage your infant is a wonderful way to lessen stress in both yourself and your baby and it enhances bonding. Touch conveys nurturing and love, and massage can help parents become more aware of their baby's nonverbal cues.
The benefits of infant massage include, improving baby’s sleep, lessening tension, fussiness, irritability and can often aid baby's digestion providing relief from gas and colic.
Join our infant massage therapist for this educational and informative four week class. This class is open to parents and their newborns and infants who are not yet crawling. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or cushion to sit on the floor. Also, please bring two pillows and a blanket for baby. The class meets for four sessions.
FEE: $90.00 (
$75.00 plus $15.00 lab fee)
This class is recommended for both parents. Pre-registration is required.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date. A refund, less $15.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations made 1 week prior to class start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring less than 1 week prior to the class start date.
