El Camino Hospital provides a comprehensive approach to senior health care both inside the hospital and beyond its walls. At the Senior Health Center, our patient-centered approach means that seniors not only have access to the primary care services outlined below, but also access to senior resources like the Health Library and Resource Center, RoadRunners and Lifeline services, Advanced Health Care Directive assistance and much more.

Our compassionate clinicians are dedicated to providing care unique to each individual and situation. Senior Health Center services are highly coordinated, electronically accessible and multi-disciplinary. Access to patient records through a password-protected patient portal enables patients, clinicians and physicians to collaborate in real-time, streamlining the care process and program with your best interests in mind.

Care coordination may occur across multiple disciplines including nutritionists, geriatric case workers, laboratory staff, pharmacists, financial counselors and more. The Senior Health Center accepts only Medicare Part B fee for service, commercial secondary insurance and cash for services.
