At El Camino Hospital we take the time to provide senior services that support the physical and mental health of older adults, their family members, adult children, friends and caregivers in our community. Affiliation with El Camino Hospital is not required to participate in these community resources.

The Health Library and Resource Center in Mountain View and in Los Gatos provide a wide array of unique resources and support services for older adults, their family members, adult children, friends and caregivers.

The Older Adult Transition Services (OATS) provided by the El Camino Hospital Behavioral Health department, located on the Mountain View campus, supports the mental health and wellness of our senior population.

Lifeline is a personal in-home emergency response system.

RoadRunners are volunteers providing door-to-door transportation to the community.

Pathways Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty (formerly known as MidPeninsula) provides hospice and homecare services to help families care for their loved ones at home.

We also offer HICAP Insurance Counseling and for those who need assistance with helping an elderly relative or friend with health insurance questions. The Health Library and Resource Center in Mountain View also offers Family Caregiver Assistance consultations to help with planning for the care of an aging parent, family member or spouse facing life changes.
