El Camino Hospital’s state-licensed and nationally accredited clinical laboratories provide comprehensive testing services. We are committed to accuracy and efficiency in providing test results for our physicians and patients.
Accredited by the College of American Pathologists, our fully automated clinical laboratory in Mountain View and our Los Gatos laboratory provide testing around the clock for inpatients, emergency department patients, and outpatients. Blood samples are collected by our statecertified phlebotomists - health workers with expertise in drawing blood. Testing is performed by the California licensed Clinical Lab Scientist staff and monitored by board certified pathologists.
For the convenience of our outpatients, El Camino Hospital now offers several clinical laboratory outpatient service centers, including two on the Mountain View campus and one in Los Gatos.
