Events

Mental Health Awareness Week
Each year in the month of May, El Camino Hospital Behavioral Health Services holds events and lectures in honor of Mental Health Awareness Week. All events are free and open to the public, no registration required. Learn more.


NAMIWalks
El Camino Hospital Behavioral Health Services joins the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for their annual Bay Area NAMIwalk. This mental health awareness and fundraising event is in support of people affected by mental illness. Learn more.


Classes

Pregnancy & Postpartum Resiliency Circle - Class - Los Gatos Campus

This six week class is offered to pregnant women and mothers of infants. Classes focus on building resilience and coping skills for women who may be experiencing high levels of stress or are concerned about developing postpartum depression. Facilitated by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Dolat Bolandi, participants may join at any time, all topics repeat on a six week cycle. There is a $25.00 suggested one-time donation for food and materials. Classes meet Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at El Camino Hospital Los Gatos in Suite 201. EDRC - Eating Disorders Resource Center Support Group
Mountain View Campus
Second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Park Pavilion, Conference Room O

This group is intended for individuals suffering from anorexia, bulimia or other eating disorders and their family or friends. Learn more.


12-Step Support Groups - Mountain View Campus

El Camino Hospital facilitates meetings for various 12-Step community groups as resources for the long-term recovery from the disease of addiction.

For people working to end patterns of dysfunctional relationships and develop functional and healthy relationships.
