Cardiovascular disease is America’s leading health problem and the number one cause of death for both men and women. While stress is an unavoidable part of life, there are ways to manage and reduce your stress that can improve your overall health and prevent serious disease.

Join us for a presentation about stress and stress management by Dr. César Molina, El Camino Hospital Cardiologist and medical director of the South Asian Heart Center at El Camino Hospital.
