Jessica Arline - Project Coordinator
Jessica Arline currently serves as Project Coordinator for the Genomic Medicine Institute at El Camino Hospital. Previously, Ms. Arline worked as a Government Relations Representative for El Camino Hospital, specializing in health care legislative affairs. She was also a Government Relations Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View. Ms. Arline holds a BA in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is currently pursuing an MA in Public Administration at San Jose State University.
Lynn Dowling - Executive Director
Lynn Dowling helped found and currently serves as Executive Director of the Genomic Medicine Institute at El Camino Hospital. She began her career at the American Medical Association as Director of the Department of Practice Management. In the 1980’s she helped start the Florida Health Choice Plan, one of the nation’s first PPOs, and later served as Executive Director of the American Association of PPOs. Ms. Dowling was also Director of Business Development for the physician practice management division of Caremark, Vice President, Business Development for Tenet HealthCare’s Pennsylvania Region and Vice President, Business Development in the northern CA region of Adventist Health. A breast cancer survivor, she was an early beneficiary of personalized medicine. Ms. Dowling holds a BA and MA in Communications from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Miami.
Lily Servais, MS, LCGC, Genetic Counselor
Lily Servais, MS, LCGC serves as genetic counselor for the Genomic Medicine Institute at El Camino Hospital through DNA Direct, an Express Scripts Company. She received her master's degree in genetic counseling from California State University-Stanislaus in 2010. She is board-certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and holds a California state license in genetic counseling. She has a bachelor's degree in genetics and biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also serves as a consulting genetic counselor for the biotech marketing firm Genomic Strategy Consulting. She is an active member of the National Society of Genetic Counseling. In addition to her genetic counseling training, Lily has three years of experience in health information and three years of experience working with people with disabilities, which gives her a unique perspective on patient care.
