Boutique
Our retail boutique is located in the main waiting area, and offers patients the opportunity to purchase scarves, books, DVDs, skin care creams and other items. We plan to offer e-commerce soon so our patients can have access to a wide inventory of products such as wigs, specialty clothing, hats, wellness gifts, and other items. Net profits will help support our concierge program.

The café offers breakfast sandwiches, pastries, gourmet deli and panini sandwiches, wraps, salads, snacks, beverages, and espresso drinks. Open Monday  through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Concierge
Our full-time concierge is here to help you with any issue or question you have. Whether you need help finding a department, or require transportation assistance, our dedicated concierge can answer your questions. Located inside the cancer center’s waiting area, she can help refer you to any resources you may need—financial counselors, community resources, hotels, etc.  To contact the Concierge call 650-988-8338.

Health Library & Resource Center
The El Camino Hospital Health Library & Resource Center is opening an electronic branch in the cancer center. Patients, families and physicians can use an Internet-connected computer to search for reliable medical information. Our librarians will also be available to help you find the right information.

Wifi
The Melchor Pavilion offers free Wifi access to patients and families.
