Concierge
Our full-time concierge is here to help you with any issue or question you have. Whether you need help finding a department, or require transportation assistance, our dedicated concierge can answer your questions. Located inside the cancer center’s waiting area, she can help refer you to any resources you may need—financial counselors, community resources, hotels, etc. To contact the concierge call 650-988-8338.
Creative Expressions
A very special service, uniquely offered to El Camino Hospital cancer patients, are our Art Therapy classes, entitled, "Creative Expressions". These non-objective painting classes are designed specifically to help cancer patients relieve stress while artistically expressing themselves. There is no charge for this class and supplies are included. This class if for cancer patients only. Class is ongoing and students may join at any time. Please contact the Cancer Center Concierge at 650-988-8338 prior to attending your first meeting.

Directions and Parking
The Infusion Center and other key Cancer Center services are located in the Melchor Pavilion. Free valet parking is available in the parking structure next to Melchor Pavilion and in the front of the main hospital.
Exercise for cancer patients
Living Strong Living Well™ is a 12-week small group program designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability.

Financial Counseling
El Camino Hospital's
health insurance counseling service is free and available to our community's patients and families ages 18 to 64. It is designed to address concerns about medical bills or insurance coverage. Our counselors offer one-on-one telephone assistance to help answer questions and offer professional advice to solve specific health insurance issues.
Healing Arts
El Camino Hospital also offers several alternative and holistic therapy options for patients and their families including a hospital-wide music program; humor and guided meditation TV channels; a weekly pet therapy program; an outdoor meditation garden; Mindful programs; and a chaplaincy program that serves all faiths and cultures.
Health Library and Resource Center
The hospital’s Health Library and Resource Center, a free community service, offers books, videotapes, classes and Internet access to help you search for information about cancer and treatment breakthroughs.
Interpreters
El Camino Hospital subscribes to AT&T’s Language Line, where we can access certified medical interpreters 24-hours a day, over the phone.
Support Group & Classes
A full array of active support groups and classes is available to cancer patients and their families, including:
