The El Camino Hospital Auxiliary provides volunteer services to the hospital, its patients and the community; grants scholarships in health professions; and provides financial support for special projects.
The Hospital Auxiliary was organized in 1958 and incorporated under the laws of the State of California in 1959. There are over 45 different opportunities for volunteer service from teens to adults at either our Los Gatos or Mountain View campus.
Check out our opportunities for service as either a Junior Auxiliary Volunteer, high school students, ages 14 – 18 or an Adult Auxiliary Volunteer.
Adult membership requires a commitment of 12 hours per month, for a minimum of six months. Applicants are required to submit the application form (below), complete a personal interview with Auxiliary Placement Counselor, background check and health check. Junior Auxiliary Volunteers
Junior membership requires a commitment of at least one year or 100 hours of service. The El Camino Hospital Auxiliary will be holding a Junior Application Seminar for students interested in becoming a Junior volunteer in its Mountain View and Los Gatos sites.
