Mountain View, CA - December 19, 2013 – El Camino Hospital today announced that its Orthopedic Institute has been re-designated an Aetna Institute of Quality®(IOQ) Orthopedic Care Facility for spine surgery at both the Mountain View and Los Gatos campuses. Additionally, the Mountain View campus has also qualified for the Aetna IOQ for total joint replacement. Designated IOQ facilities demonstrate excellence in clinical quality, value and access for orthopedic care, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
