When we polled the 200-odd executives who attended the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s annual event on Aug. 8, not a single person said they have a firm idea of how the Affordable Healthcare Act will affect their businesses. Similarly, none said they knew how the ACA would affect their personal healthcare.
