Kathryn Fisk is the chief human resources officer. Ms. Fisk previously served as the Regional Director of Human Resources for the Florida Region of Tenet Healthcare. She also served in several senior-level Human Resources positions including, the University of Miami Health System, Baptist Health South Florida Health System and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and School.
Ms. Fisk is past-president of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and served two terms as the ASHHRA Regional Director for New England. Ms. Fisk has received many national awards throughout her career, including the "ASHHRA Paul Guy Mentorship Award" in recognition of her outstanding mentorship to others in the field of healthcare human resources. In addition, she received the "ASHHRA Distinguished Service Award" which recognized her for a lifetime of leadership service and excellence in the human resources field.
Ms. Fisk has earned a master's degree in biology and a master's degree in business administration. In addition, she holds a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has held various leadership positions at the local and regional level for SHRM. She is actively involved in various community boards and committees and has served most recently on the Florida State University Center for Human Resources Management Board, the University of Miami Human Resource Management Board, the Keiser University Physician Assistant Program Advisory Board and the Florida International University Master of Science Human Resources Management Program Board.
