Although usually taken for granted, sleep is one of the most essential components of a healthy lifestyle. This workshop is designed to explore natural ways to help you fall asleep and stay asleep, what restful and quality sleep might look like for you, and how to continue to manage sleep even in the face of stress.
The speaker, Pam Wrona, is a registered psychological assistant and postdoctoral fellow at the Cancer Support Community. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California.
