There are many risk factors that contribute to falling, some of which can be corrected or addressed such as lower body and trunk weakness, poor balance and difficulties walking. This class is designed to help seniors prevent falls, increase strength and manage their risk for falling.

Clearance from your physician for participation in the class is required.
