Although usually taken for granted, sleep is one of the most essential components of a healthy lifestyle. This workshop is designed to explore natural ways to help you fall asleep and stay asleep, what restful and quality sleep might look like for you, and how to continue to manage sleep even in the face of stress. Pam Wrona is a psychotherapist and CSC facilitator.
