This group provides ongoing information and emotional support for persons partially or wholly responsible for the care of a dependent family member, spouse or friend.
Group meetings are facilitated by a Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist or Social Worker, with special presentations by guest speakers on topics such as Medicare, nutrition, legal and financial issues, medications, nursing homes, housing options and community resources.

Individuals are also invited to attend the Alzheimer’s Disease Family Support Group
the first Thursday of each month from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The Thursday discussion meetings offer information and support for those caring for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of dementia.
