Senior Balance and Exercise Class
There are many risk factors that contribute to falling, some of which can be corrected or addressed such as lower body and trunk weakness, poor balance and difficulties walking. This class is designed to help seniors prevent falls, increase strength and manage their risk for falling. Our instructors include licensed physical therapist and physical therapist assistant.

Fee: $50.00 for 8 sessions
Registration is required. Registration closes on Friday September 19, 2014. Clearance from your physician for participation in the class is required. Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete your registration on the first day of class. To register and for more information call 408-866-4059.
